Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across lifespan. The role supports patients via telehealth, clinic, home, or on-site at schools or facilities, aligning with BACB ethical standards.

You will lead functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BCaBA candidates, and collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and educators to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams including SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators.
• Ability to obtain background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive FBAs and skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK) to identify treatment priorities.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Design, implement, and modify BIPs using evidence-based ABA methodologies.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services and monitor patient progress with data collection.
