RegencyABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role with Georgia-based residency requirements. The position offers part-time and full-time options, $80-$90 per hour, and a $1,000+ sign-on bonus. Benefits include weekly pay, PTO, raises, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required and in good standing.
• CEUs and credentials must be maintained.
• Clinical experience with children and families in ABA settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software.
• Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley's methods and a holistic ABA approach is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards.
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate.
• Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed.
