Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of ENGIE Distributed Solar & Storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage site interventions with regional teams, customers, and vendors.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in coordination of field activities. Remote eligibility is offered, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or field service.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions with managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors.
• Maintain service records in Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets; create/close purchase orders; monitor work status.
• Support federal prevailing-wage compliance by validating contractor information and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
