ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of ENGIE Distributed Solar & Storage assets, focusing on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and other site interventions with regional teams, customers, and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, plus strong communication

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or related project activities.
• Prevailing-wage environment experience and compliant documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, POs, invoices, and multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports, save attachments, and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity and payments.
