Aldridge Pite, LLP seeks a Bankruptcy Intake Processor to open and review high volumes of new Legal Referrals from multiple clients. The role involves using our internal case management system, downloading documents from client systems and PACER, and ensuring all required information is present to proceed with files.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Bankruptcy experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to open and review high volumes of referrals accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.

Responsabilidades

• Open new Legal Referrals in internal case management software.
• Download documents from client systems and PACER.
• Review referrals for required information per client/court requirements.
• Request missing information and forward complete files to appropriate department.
• Assist with additional projects as needed.
