This role can be performed remotely within the United States, with the exception of California. The position requires strong customer service, solid technical skills, and the ability to work in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Previous experience working in a bank or credit union.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to serve in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software, system, data, and integration issues for banks and credit unions
• Analyze application, SQL, server, and network-related problems to identify root causes
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and technical resources to resolve complex issues
• Document findings and solutions while maintaining service level commitments
• Provide exceptional customer service and build trusted client relationships
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
