Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS or banking/fintech sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, payments, lending, or compliance is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
