Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Banking Back Office Operations Analyst to travel nationwide and support implementation of banking software across Deposit Operations, General Ledger, and Loan Operations.

You will act as a liaison between bank clients and the installation team, guiding planning, installation, training, and post-installation support with extensive overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in a financial institution in areas such as deposit operations, general ledger, or loan operations.
• Ability to travel 50-60% for software implementations, with 5-9 day trips.
• Willingness to work extended hours, nights, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement, design, and provide training for Jack Henry banking software across Deposit Operations and General Ledger.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets, validate data conversions, and train on functionality.
• Analyze customers' processes and map them to Jack Henry solutions.
• Prepare clients for installation and provide post-installation support and training.
• Travel with the team to customer sites for setup, training, and implementation activities.
• Provide remote and on-site software support and maintain clear client communication.
