Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Minimum of three years experience in banking, preferably in operations, required.

Responsibilities

• Assist teams within operations to identify, plan and complete projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other programs; support documentation and measurement of key processes.
• Support internal customer service for branches, treasury management and lending personnel regarding deposit and loan records.
• Assist with training and guidance to team members; help with workload management and prioritization.
• Contribute to development and implementation of plans, policies and goals to improve automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure collaboration and effective communication across teams.
• Maintain policies, SOX control documentation, risk assessments and controls for assigned areas.
