Job summary

The candidate should have at least three years in banking operations and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Strong Excel and Word skills and the ability to work across departments are required to promote efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Minimum of three years experience in banking, preferably in operations, required.

Responsibilities

• Assist teams within operations to identify, plan and complete projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other programs; supports the operations team with documentation and processes.
• Provide internal customer support to branches, treasury management and lending personnel.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational plans, policies, procedures and goals.
• Maintain policies, SOX control documentation and risk assessments for assigned areas.
• Collaborate with leaders across the bank to drive scalability and automation.
