Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst for a 100% remote role within the Bank's footprint. The position is full-time remote with occasional in-person meetings as needed.

The analyst will support operations teams by identifying and delivering projects, and will be proficient in Excel, Word, and related systems to promote efficiency. Responsibilities include documenting processes, supporting branches and lending personnel, and helping implement scalable, automated solutions while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Minimum of three years experience in banking, preferably in operations, required.

Responsibilities

• Assist teams within operations to identify, plan and complete projects.
• Document, standardize and measure key business processes to promote quality management.
• Provide internal customer support to branches, treasury management and lending personnel.
• Maintain policy documentation, SOX control documentation, risk assessments and other controls.
• Assist with driving technology usage and automation within functional areas.
