Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Banking Back Office Operations Analyst who will serve as a liaison between bank clients and the software installation team, traveling nationwide to support implementations across Deposit Operations, General Ledger, and Loan Operations. This remote role requires residing within approximately a 70-mile radius of office locations and entails 50-60% travel with overnight trips.

You will guide clients through planning, installation, training, and post-install support, ensuring

Qualifications

Minimum 18 months of experience working in a financial institution in areas such as deposit operations, general ledger, or loan operations.
Position requires 50-60% travel for software implementations, typically 1-2 trips per month, with each trip lasting 5-9 days; all travel expenses are covered by the company.
Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

Implement, design, and provide training for Jack Henry banking software applications, including Loan Operations, General Ledger, and Deposit Operations.
Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets, validate data conversions, and deliver training on application functionality.
Analyze customers' existing products and business processes, mapping them to Jack Henry software solutions.
Prepare clients for installation, guide them through the setup process, and provide post-installation training and support.
Oversee and perform system setup tasks such as parameter configuration and job file creation.
