• Position requires 50–60% travel for software implementations (1–2 trips per month; 5–9 days per trip).
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement, design, and provide training for Jack Henry banking software applications.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets and train on functionality.
• Analyze customers’ processes and map them to Jack Henry solutions.
• Prepare clients for installation and provide post-install training and support.
