Qualifications

• At least 18 months of experience in a financial institution in deposit operations, general ledger, or loan operations.
• Travel 50-60% for software implementations, with trips typically 5–9 days long.
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement and train on Jack Henry software across Deposit Operations, General Ledger, and Loan Operations.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets and data conversions; deliver training on functionality.
• Guide clients through installation, setup, and post-installation support.
• Travel with the conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, conversion, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with application analysts and programmers to audit transactions and provide remote/on-site support.
• Prepare training materials and documentation for customers and internal teams.
