Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Banking Back Office Operations Analyst to serve as the main liaison between bank clients and the software installation team, traveling nationwide to support deployments across Deposit Operations, General Ledger, and Loan Operations. The role requires extensive overnight travel, with remote work options within a 70-mile radius of listed office locations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 18 months of experience working in a financial institution in areas such as deposit operations, general ledger, or loan operations.
Position requires 50-60% travel for software implementations, typically 1-2 trips per month, with each trip lasting 5-9 days; all travel expenses covered by the company.
Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

Implement, design, and provide training for Jack Henry banking software applications including Loan Operations, General Ledger, and Deposit Operations.
Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets, validate data conversions, and deliver training on application functionality.
Analyze customers' existing products and processes, mapping them to Jack Henry software solutions.
Prepare clients for installation and guide setup, with post-installation training and support.
Travel with the conversion team to customer sites for software setup, training, conversion, and implementation activities.
Communicate with analysts, programmers, and team members to audit transactions and resolve inquiries.
