Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in technical/implementation support or financial institution customer support.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for onsite meetings and trainings.
• Willingness to accommodate after-hours and weekend work as business needs arise.
• Experience with financial software implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares customer for implementation and sets guidelines/timelines to ensure successful installation.
• Monitors installation phases and escalates issues when necessary; may interact with project manager.
• Troubleshoots issues after conversion/installation completion.
• May reinforce training or provide training guidance to customer personnel; performs other duties as assigned.
