Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to act as a liaison between customers, the assigned manager and installation teams to ensure successful deployments.

This remote role requires living within approximately a 70-mile radius of our Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Louisville, KY; Troy, MI; Charlotte, NC offices. You will lead installation teams, prepare customers for implementation, conduct readiness reviews, establish timelines, monitor

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial institution or FinTech company.
• Minimum of 3 years of debit card experience (e.g., new accounts, switch blocks, limits, disputes, conversions).

Responsibilities

• Acts as a leader and resource for installation team members.
• Prepares customers for implementation and conducts readiness reviews.
• Sets guidelines and timelines to ensure a successful installation; tracks milestones.
• Escalates issues when necessary and may interact with the project manager.
• Troubleshoots issues post-implementation and documents lessons learned.
• Contributes to process and/or product improvements and may train team members.
