Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to serve as the liaison among customers, the assigned manager, and installation teams for successful deployments.

This is a remote position with eligibility within roughly a 70-mile radius of Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Louisville, KY; Troy, MI; Charlotte, NC. The role involves leading teams, readiness reviews, and milestone management to ensure high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a financial institution or FinTech company.
• 3 years of debit card experience (e.g., new accounts, switch blocks, limits, disputes, conversions).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a leader and resource for installation team members.
• Prepares customers for implementation and conducts readiness reviews.
• Establishes guidelines and timelines to ensure successful installations and milestones.
• Troubleshoots issues post-implementation and documents learnings.
• May train installation staff and support customer training.
