Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to act as a liaison among customers, managers, and installation teams for successful project deliveries.

You will lead installation activities, conduct readiness reviews, and ensure all setup milestones are met. The role requires 3+ years in financial services or FinTech with debit card experience, strong communication, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial institution or FinTech company.
• Minimum of 3 years of debit card experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between the customer, assigned manager and installation teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Leads installation team members and prepares customers for implementation.
• Conducts readiness reviews and ensures setup completeness.
• Sets guidelines and time-frames to ensure successful installations.
• Monitors installation phases and escalates issues as needed.
• Takes steps to ensure a successful installation.
• Troubleshoots issues after implementation.
• Conducts exit reviews and documents issues to avoid repeats.
• Contributes to process and product improvements.
• Acts as escalation point to team members when necessary.
• May train installation personnel and customer staff.
• May participate in new release activities.
• Identifies items outside standard installation scope and participates in related projects.
• May attend sales turnover meetings to scope projects.
