Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in technical/implementation support role OR a customer support role within a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Prepares customer for implementation. Establishes guidelines/timelines to ensure a successful installation. Ensures milestones are met. Monitors all phases of the installation and escalates issues when necessary.
• Troubleshoots issues upon completing of the conversion/installation project.
• May reinforce training to customers and/or provide guidance in training customer personnel.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
