• Provide inbound phone support with a personalized customer experience.
• Assist customers with digital banking, password resets, Reg-E disputes, and card support.
• Promote virtual branch solutions and meet quality/productivity goals.
• Maintain security of customer information and verify identity.
• Follow established processes and complete required training.
