Job summary

SouthState Bank, N.A. is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Care Representative to join our remote team based in Florida or South Carolina. You will handle inbound inquiries, assist with digital banking tools, and resolve issues to deliver a superior customer experience.

Hours are 11am-8pm EST with rotating Saturdays. You will build trust, protect customer data, and collaborate with teammates to meet service goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service / inbound call center.
• Ability to navigate systems and protect customer data.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer inquiries with active listening and problem-solving.
• Answer inbound phone inquiries accurately and professionally.
• Respond to account inquiries, transfers, and digital banking questions.
• Provide tier one digital banking support and assist with password tools.
• Promote virtual branch solutions and meet quality/productivity goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies and procedures.
