Job summary

SouthState Bank is seeking a Customer Care Representative to deliver superior service to customers via inbound calls and digital channels. You will resolve inquiries, guide customers through online banking tools, and promote virtual branch services.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with preference for those with prior call center experience in financial services. This role requires availability 11am-8pm EST with rotating Saturday shifts, and candidates must reside within SC, FL,

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous customer service (Inbound Call Center) experience; financial services preferred.
Skills: Excellent customer service, verbal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers via phone, ensuring a seamless experience across products and services.
Identify customer issues and resolve inquiries on first contact using active listening and probing techniques.
Assist with digital banking support, including multi-factor authentication, online banking, and password tools.
Promote virtual branch solutions and meet productivity and quality goals.
Maintain customer privacy and secure information while adhering to policies.
