Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk‑in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs, recommending deposit products, and processing transactions with accuracy and care.

You will educate customers, follow a disciplined sales process, and partner with other areas of the bank to deepen relationships while upholding all policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year customer service or military service or a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
