Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs, recommending deposit products, and handling transactions with accuracy.

You will educate customers on products, pursue sales opportunities, and refer clients to appropriate departments while upholding bank policies and security standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute in some cases.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all policies, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate sales, service, relationship and banking skills in daily work.
• Other duties as assigned.
