Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone inquiries with accurate information and courteous service.
• Assist with account inquiries, transfers, and digital banking support including MFA unlocks.
• Ensure security by performing customer authentication on each call.
• Promote virtual branch solutions and meet quality and productivity goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank services and procedures.
