Qualifications

• 1+ years in a quota-driven, persuasion-based role—direct-to-consumer phone sales, fundraising, can vassing, or similar high-volume outreach.
• Able to handle objections, sustain energy, empathy, and call quality across many attempts.
• Detail-oriented, tracks performance, and comfortable navigating multiple screens and apps (Google tools, softphone, Slack).
• Values-driven with a genuine interest in environmental impact and climate solutions.
• Requires professional US-based home office with high-speed internet and right-to-work status; no sponsorship/relocation.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to residential utility customers.
• Enroll interested customers in voluntary clean-energy programs.
• Meet KPIs: 55+ dials per hour, strong call quality, and targeted sales metrics.
• Participate in paid training, coaching, and performance reviews.
