Validative Systems Pvt Ltd in Chennai (field-based, remote) is seeking a Business Development Executive with 2-5 years in B2B technical sales to drive new opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and engineering services firms. You will reach decision-makers by LinkedIn, email, phone and in-person, run discovery meetings and demos, and follow the defined sales process.

Willingness to travel to Europe and Japan is required.

Qualifications

• 25 years in B2B technical sales or business development.
• Experience in automotive, embedded, industrial or engineering services.
• Confidence finding leads and booking meetings on your own.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Europe and Japan on requirement.

Responsibilities

• Find and research target companies: OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, engineering service firms.
• Reach decision-makers by LinkedIn, email, phone and in-person.
• Run discovery meetings and qualify needs, budget and timeline.
• Run standard demos.
• Follow up the defined sales processes.
• Represent trade shows and willingness to travel to customer locations.
