ACV Auctions is seeking a resilient Sr. Sales Executive to grow dealer partnerships across their territory. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building relationships face-to-face and delivering a data-driven value proposition.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B field sales experience opening net-new accounts and expanding business.
• 5+ years selling within the automotive industry.
• Experience closing deals with high-level decision makers (Dealer Principals, CEOs, COOs).
• CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipeline and reporting.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ability to size opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prioritized prospect list within the assigned territory.
• Execute high-volume outreach via in-person visits, phone, and events.
• Qualify prospects using opportunity framework and assess potential.
• Lead in-person discovery meetings to understand client needs and workflows.
• Position ACV products against dealer channels with a data-driven case.
• Conduct live product demos and educate dealers on policies.
• Negotiate and close seller agreements with pricing structures.
• Coordinate with Territory Managers for account handoffs and scheduling.
• Record activity in Salesforce daily for pipeline management and reporting.
• Achieve or exceed established sales and revenue targets.
• Analyze regional market dynamics and provide feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.
