Job summary

RecRivals is seeking a hands-on salesperson to build a repeatable sales pipeline and close new software customers. You’ll own the process from prospecting to discovery, demonstrations, follow-up and closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

Remote from Latin America or the Caribbean with availability for North American/Eastern business hours. Commission-based earnings complement a USD 1,000 monthly base.

Qualifications

• Evidence of selling B2B software with a self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English; effective on calls and demonstrations.
• Experience selling to sports organizations is a plus.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain value to nontechnical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from prospecting to closing for software platforms.
• Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate terms with decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast opportunities and handover for implementation.
• Research and prioritize league operators and sports organizations.
• Reach decision-makers via calls, email, and professional networks.
