RecRivals is hiring a hands-on salesperson to sell our platform to league operators and sports organizations. You will own the sales process from prospecting to discovery, demonstrations, follow-up and closing, working directly with the founder and product team.

Remote role across Latin America and the Caribbean, with coordination during North American business hours. Clear commission terms will be agreed before hire.

Formación

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product.
• Self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English, confident on calls and demonstrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the sales process from discovery to closing for the platform.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain value to nontechnical buyers.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast opportunities, and manage next steps.
