Job summary

Overseas is seeking a B2B Software Sales Representative to own the entire sales funnel from inbound and outbound prospecting through discovery, demos, proposals, and close. You will report to the founder and own the pipeline, CRM hygiene, SOP execution, and closing both software subscriptions and services.

This is a 100% remote role with US business hours and bi-monthly USD pay. If you’re a proven closer who thrives on ownership in an early-stage environment, this is a strong fit.

Qualifications

Proven experience closing B2B software or high-consideration sales, not just appointments.
Excellent spoken English to lead live demos and discovery calls.
Self-directed with strong ownership reporting to the founder.
Strong CRM discipline with documented SOP adherence.
Reliable availability during US business hours with outbound skills.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales funnel from outreach to close and onboarding.
Respond to inbound leads quickly via call, email, and SMS as defined in SOP.
Lead discovery conversations covering pain, tools, decision process, timeline, and budget.
Lead product demos with support from customer success; send proposals and chase signatures.
