RecRivals is hiring a hands-on salesperson to build the sales pipeline and close new software customers. You will own the process from prospecting to discovery, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing, collaborating closely with the founder and product team.

Remote across Latin America and the Caribbean, with availability for North American/Eastern business hours. Base salary is US$1,000 per month plus commissions, with terms agreed before hire.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software, with self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Disciplined CRM use and consistent follow-up.

Responsabilités

• Research and prioritize prospective league operators and sports organizations.
• Initiate contact via outbound calls, emails, and networks.
• Demonstrate the product and discuss commercial terms.
• Follow up, handle objections, and close new customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast opportunities.
• Coordinate handover for implementation and capture product feedback.
