RecRivals is seeking a hands-on salesperson to build the pipeline and close new software customers across LATAM. You will own the sales process from discovery to closing, with product demonstrations and ongoing CRM updates.

Strong English skills and a proven B2B software selling track record are essential. Remote role across Latin America and the Caribbean; willingness to engage during North America/Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software, including self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain its practical value to nontechnical buyers.
• Experience selling to sports organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize prospective league operators and sports organizations.
• Reach decision-makers via outbound calls, email, and professional networks.
• Demonstrate the product with approved terms and close new customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, and forecasts.
