Devine Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative and Trainer to drive in-field B2B sales of supplemental insurance and mentor our growing sales team. This independent contractor role focuses on attracting new business clients and developing sales talent in a remote-friendly environment.

You will work with business decision-makers, build lasting relationships, and conduct workshops to help reps reach their goals. Compensation includes base draw, commissions, bonuses, and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales and mentoring or training others.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with CRM systems and Mac products.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions in the field (B2B).
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers for client satisfaction and retention.
• Meet sales goals by identifying opportunities and addressing client needs ethically.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to new sales representatives.
• Lead by example to inspire high performance and cultivate growth.
• Conduct workshops and individual training sessions to develop the team.
