Devine Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative and Trainer to drive field-based business-to-business growth and mentor our sales team. This independent contractor role combines client acquisition with coaching to elevate performance.

You'll work remotely with occasional in-person field meetings, targeting businesses for supplemental insurance solutions and leading training sessions to build a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales with mentoring or training.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems and Mac products.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions directly in the field, going business to business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Consistently meet sales goals by identifying opportunities, addressing client needs, and maintaining ethical sales practices.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to new sales representatives to help them succeed.
• Lead by example to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
