Devine Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative and Trainer to drive in-the-field B2B sales of supplemental insurance solutions and mentor a growing sales team. This is an independent contractor role with a base draw, uncapped commissions, and bonus opportunities, offering licensing support to help you start and advance your career.

You will balance achieving personal sales goals with coaching others, building relationships with decision-makers, and delivering training to maximize team

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales.
• Experience mentoring or training others is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiar with CRM systems and Mac products.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions in the field (B2B).
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers for client satisfaction and retention.
• Meet sales goals through opportunity identification and ethical practices.
