Job summary

Devine Business Group is seeking a motivated Sales Representative and Trainer to drive in-the-field B2B sales of supplemental insurance and mentor a growing team. This independent contractor role offers base draw, uncapped commissions, and licensing support, with remote work and local field meetings in your community.

You’ll build relationships with decision-makers, tailor solutions, and lead hands-on training sessions to help new reps achieve their goals while upholding ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales.
• Experience mentoring or training others is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and Mac products.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions in the field to business clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Meet sales goals through opportunity identification and ethical selling.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to new sales representatives.
• Lead by example to inspire high performance and culture.
• Conduct workshops and individual training sessions to develop the team.
