Concentrix is seeking a Director of Sales for B2B engagements, with a focus on High Tech and digital transformation solutions. This work-from-home role in the United States requires strong leadership, strategic partnerships, and proven ability to close complex deals.

You will manage opportunities, align offerings with market needs, and collaborate across teams to drive growth while representing the company at events and in client conversations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in consultative selling within High Tech/B2B digital transformation.
• Hunter and Collaborator; consultative sales experience.
• Experience in B2B business development, either in a BPO or in-house.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients, prospects and partners in the region.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of offerings to identify opportunities and pursuit plans.
• Manage RFPs, documents and negotiations to close deals.
• Research trends and propose new offerings to meet customer needs.
• Support co-construction of new offers and disruptive commercial models.
• Attend industry events and represent Concentrix in webinars and partner events.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
