SV Academy invites you to join its Business Development Representative program in the Boston area. You will receive free, instructor-led sales training and a 90-day paid residency with a partner company, then a path to a full-time role at one of SV Academy's 400+ partners.

The program starts weekly and spaces are limited to 25 residents. During days 11–100, you are a W-2 employee at SV Academy with a base plus commissions; by day 100 you transfer to the partner's payroll with full benefits,

Qualifications

• English proficiency sufficient for professional work communication
• Permanently authorized to work in the United States without need for sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualifying inbound leads and scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives
• Daily coaching from SV Academy mentor and partner sales leadership
