Job summary

CoAd is seeking a Business Sales Consultant for the Palm Beach, FL area. This field sales role focuses on establishing new prospects, selling CoAd PEO services, and meeting annual quotas.

The position is hybrid and offers uncapped earning potential, with a strong emphasis on engaging C-Suite decision-makers to understand client needs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years in complex sales, preferably in PEO or workforce management, with a proven track record of quota attainment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical discipline (or equivalent)
• 3-5+ years of experience in complex business solutions-based sales or 2+ years in outside sales
• 3-5+ years in a business environment
• PEO consulting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, workforce management and benefits regulations (preferred)
• Proven consultative sales experience and quota attainment
• Ability to identify and develop new complex sales opportunities and hunt for new customers

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily
• Produce sales leads via self-generation, warm leads, and referrals
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners
• Establish potential channel partners
• Establish 150–200+ new connections weekly
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs
• Collaborate with C-Suite on business needs to sell CoAd products/services
• Represent CoAd as leading PEO provider
• Incorporate AI tools to improve productivity and drafting/summarizing information
