Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency offering performance, communications, and commerce services. We seek a Paid Strategist to own day-to-day client deliverables, develop custom strategies, and communicate with clients and internal teams.

You will craft high-performing paid media strategies for B2B SaaS/tech clients across multiple channels and platforms. As a remote-first company in the United States, you will work from your home office with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
• Deep expertise in paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Proficient with Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn platforms.
• Strong ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to align tasks and quality.
• Build quarterly strategies for clients.
• Manage budgets across channels and optimize ROI.
• Ensure accurate lead routing in a CRM.
• Optimize PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn.
