Job summary

Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency focused on driving measurable results for technology, industrial, and services clients. We’re seeking a Paid Strategist to own day-to-day client deliverables, build custom strategies, and communicate with clients and internal teams.

You’ll develop high-performing paid media plans across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You’ll work remotely from anywhere in the US, with occasional client visits and collaboration across our three divisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients.
• Deep expertise in paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency with advertising platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
• Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a collection of Paid Media accounts and optimize budget.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regularly.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners on tasks and quality.
• Develop quarterly paid media strategies for clients.
• Drive referrals through client relationships and networks.
• Execute PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Research keywords and write compelling ad copy for ROI.
