Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency seeking a Paid Strategist to own day-to-day client deliverables and create tailored paid media strategies for B2B SaaS and tech brands. You will communicate with clients and internal teams to execute campaigns and optimize performance.

In this remote-first role, you’ll manage PPC across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn, analyze results, and drive ROI. Travel roughly once per year is possible; US-based flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
• Deep expertise across paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn platforms.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
• Ability to manage mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Strong storytelling with data and strategy communication.
• Willingness to travel approximately once per year.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts
• Serve as direct support to client contacts
• Weekly communication with vendors and partners
• Drive referrals via client relationships
• Build strategies for clients each quarter
• Manage budgets for campaigns across channels
