Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency delivering measurable results through Paid Media, Content Marketing, and more. The Paid Strategist (Account Strategist, Paid Media) builds high-performing paid strategies for B2B SaaS/tech clients and manages multiple mid-market/enterprise accounts with data-driven storytelling.

You’ll work remote-first in the United States, with opportunities to collaborate across technology, industrial, and services verticals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
• Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong understanding of PPC principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar tools.
• Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts.
• Serve as direct support to client contacts and stakeholders.
• Conduct weekly communications with vendors or partners to align tasks and improvements.
• Drive referrals via client relationships and professional network.
• Build quarterly strategies for clients.
• Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across channels.
• Optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn for ROI.
