Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Strong project management and the ability to manage multiple implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data structuring, validation, mapping, and migration.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating into practical system configurations.
• Change management and stakeholder management to guide clients through new processes.
• Problem-solving with the ability to coordinate with APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Implementation Projects from kickoff to go-live and ensure timelines and deliverables.
• Configure client workflows based on discovered requirements and optimize platform configurations.
• Coordinate data migration of vendor lists, budgets, item catalogs, and other data using Excel/Sheets.
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and blockers across internal and client teams.
• Deliver customer training through workshops and product demonstrations.
• Develop deployment playbooks, guides, training materials, and walkthrough videos.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, QA, and Engineering to resolve technical challenges.
