Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers. You will manage a book of about 15 active implementations, each spanning 4–8 weeks, coordinating with customers to craft and execute detailed implementation plans for fast time to value.

• Experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Comfort with multi-module SaaS systems, shared configuration, analytics, and relational data.
• Strong customer relationships through engagement and proactive guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for Mid-Market and smaller enterprise customers.
• Manage ~15 active implementations concurrently, each lasting 4–8 weeks.
• Develop and execute implementation plans with customers to ensure rapid time to value.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
