Job summary

Infinity Business Services (IBS) is hiring a remote sales professional to drive outbound calls, generate SaaS leads, and convert opportunities with B2B clients. We seek 1–1.5 years in BD/Inside Sales or similar, strong English, and comfort with high-volume calling. Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–1.5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Telecalling, or a similar role.
• Prior SaaS, B2B sales, or international sales experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident with high volume cold calling and objection handling.
• Good lead generation and sales prospecting understanding.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn for prospecting is a plus.
• Night shift aligned with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and prospects.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, online research, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Identify potential B2B/SaaS clients and understand their business requirements.
• Introduce and explain SaaS products/services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and fit.
• Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales/client success team for handover of qualified leads.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and calling targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and target markets.
