Xplor is seeking an Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and the flexibility to work remotely while targeting local businesses with payment processing solutions.

You will educate owners on cost savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, strong consultative selling skills, and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsabilités

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
