Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. Remote work available within the team region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate concepts into business value
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, networking
• Align with company values and be a good human

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
